Bravo were really good Only when Zhanna Aguzarova was there.  with Siutkin they have lost their charm.

Svet Boogie Band are the best in this type of music.

Музыка  - это жизнь. I could not imagine life without music. But to name only a couple of the ones I most like... that is definitely not an easy task. I shall give it a try anyway:
Of Russian music, I prefer Ария, Сплин, Алсу, МакSим, Любовь Успенская ... sometimes even Дима Билан, some of the songs are incredibly catchy. Of Finnish, Sonata Arctica are the best, but quite high rank also Nightwish, Sentenced, Stratovarius, Kotiteollisuus, and anything Jani Liimatainen the brilliant guitar demon plays. Of others, Alice Cooper, Aerosmith, Michael Jackson and Def Leppard are old greats. Céline Dion sounds frightening in English, but some of her French songs are nice listening.
Hm, you might say I listen mostly to some kind of metal or rock. [An old joke: "How do you say 'music' in Finnish?" "Metallia!!!" ] I'd rather say that I like most kinds of music, be it power metal, Sergei Nakariakov on trumpet, Celtic classics, Russian contemporary, folk songs, opera...

If you don't like it predictable and simple or just want to try something new, give a try to Sonata Arctica. Over the years they've become my number one source of inspiration. You can find some examples of their quality at http://sonataarctica.ru/media.html. However, in my opinion the longer stories are better, like "White Pearl, Black Oceans" or "The End Of This Chapter". The latest album from them is quite different but great nevertheless, containing many gems, as usual. I'm still sour because they fired Liimatainen last year, though...

And no, I may be a Finnish skijumping fan, but I still don't think Vieraileva Tähti (or Uusi Aukeama or whatever the name is at the moment) makes terribly good music. Andi Goldberger's song was kind of catchy though (and why do the Austrians always have to be so good? Goldi doing moonwalk on TV... There we have a Dancing Star! I'm still laughing after the show.) But no matter what, of the skijumping people I know, Tommy Ingebrigtsen has the best band. By far.
